Service 01

Before you build anything, you need to know what you're building.

Most web projects fail for the same reason: nobody defined the business before anyone designed the page.

Why this exists

Five vendors. Six years. No working site.

I met a company that had spent six years and five vendors trying to get a website that worked. None of them pulled it off.

When I looked at the site, I understood why. Every service was presented exactly the same way, as if they were all worth the same to the business. Nobody had ever asked which one carried the best margin, which one they wanted to sell more of, or who they were talking to.

Five people designed by guessing. That's why none of them got it right.

This service is what was missing all five times.

How it works

Three steps, five business days.

A one-hour callI ask the questions, you tell me about the business. You don't need to prepare anything or bring requirements — translating your business into a strategy is my job, not yours.
A few days of analysisI go through your site, your tools, your competitors and your position in search.
A documentWritten in plain language, so anyone on your team can read it.

What you get

Eight things, written down.

  1. A map of your real services — what you sell, which one carries the best margin, which one is worth pushing and which one is not worth promoting at all.
  2. An ideal customer profile for each service line.
  3. Verbal identity — tone, vocabulary, how your company speaks and what sets it apart.
  4. Key messages and value proposition for each service.
  5. A recommended site structure, section by section.
  6. A technical read on what exists today and what is worth keeping.
  7. A tools inventory with the savings I can identify.
  8. A prioritized roadmap — what first, what next, and why.

Afterwards

The document outlives the website.

It isn't a document for the website. The website is just one of the things that come out of it.

It also drives your social channels, your content, your automations, and it gives clear instructions to anyone who works with you from that point on.

It belongs to your company and it's yours to keep, even if you decide to work with someone else.

Straight with you: this is the analysis almost nobody does, and almost everybody gives away badly done.

It's several days of real work. Charging for it is what lets me do it properly, and what guarantees you it isn't a sales call in disguise.
